Account Manager - Automation Equipment

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in delivering cutting-edge automation solutions and custom equipment to a diverse range of industries. This individual will maintain and grow relationships with current and new customers.

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Maintain company reputation in technical expertise and service excellence.
• Perform site visits to understand client needs
• Develop proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customers’ requirements.
• While ensuring customer satisfaction, negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Collaborate with department managers and engineers to ensure accurate quoting and project execution.
• Monitor project scopes and budgets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automation technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles in automation, manufacturing, or industrial equipment.
• Strong understanding of automation systems, robotics, controls, and custom machinery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CAD or technical drawings is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere.
