Job Description & How to Apply Below
Capital Advisors Inc needs a hands-on AI Engineer who can architect, code, and deploy without losing sight of quality. If you have 4 years in technology, this temporary job offers $64,000 - $98,000 plus the room to lead and grow.
Key Responsibilities- Decode the undocumented Power BI service nobody at Capital Advisors Inc remembers writing
- Architect fault-tolerant distributed systems leveraging Power BI and MLOps
- Pull Capital Advisors Inc's MLOps stack out of the OH region before the migration deadline
- Enhance test automation frameworks to increase release confidence
- Ensure code quality through automated linting, testing, and static analysis
- Trace an ownership-driven technology bug across three Power BI services to the one bad line
- Chase down the Airflow integration that silently drops Capital Advisors Inc events at midnight
- The composure to deliver bad news early and clearly
- Familiarity with Python and related tools or frameworks
- A teammate's instinct to unblock others before yourself
- Experience at the mid-level inside a temporary role
- Strong rapport-building skills and a genuinely positive presence
- At least 3 years building expertise within the technology space
Inside Capital Advisors Inc's Lorain headquarters, a quietly-ambitious team treats every Initiative bug like a personal insult worth fixing tonight. Curiosity outranks credentials on this technology team, so bring questions, not just answers.
What you get for saying yes: $64,000 - $98,000, a mentor in your corner, full benefits, and hours that flex toward what matters in Lorain.
