About

The Role

As a Facility Administrative Assistant, you will provide vital support to our management team, Human Resources, and day‑to‑day operations. This multifaceted role demands self‑drive, organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Position Responsibilities
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal and external clients
  • Process accounts reconciliation and vendor payments
  • Review and reconcile daily invoices
  • Order and manage office supplies and safety equipment
  • Assist with Corporate, Regional, and Facility programs
  • Assist with HR duties, including auditing timecards, processing paperwork, and helping with new employee orientation
Qualifications
  • GED/HS Diploma
  • Advanced knowledge level in MS Excel and Outlook
Physical Demands

Perform duties that require standing, sitting, talking, hearing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and using hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

Shift

Monday through Friday dayshift
