DaVita Kidney Care is building a new Skilled Nursing Dialysis Services (DSD) team. The Patient Care Technician (PCT) will assist dialysis RNs with direct patient care 3 days a week, 12+ hour shifts, no on‑call. The role focuses on ensuring dialysis treatments run on schedule in a skilled nursing facility setting.

• Provide direct patient care, ensuring safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment.
• Work with dialysis RNs to deliver dialysis care and meet clinical outcomes.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis; record vital statistics, observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
• Perform multitasking tasks in an independent setting, applying critical thinking and autonomy.
• Participate in training programs and may support additional local SNF sites.

• Prior hemo‑dialysis experience.
• Valid Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.

• Background in training, teaching, or healthcare education.
