Location: Lorton, VA and surrounding areas (home‑based ABA therapy)

Base Pay Range

$23.00/hr – $29.00/hr (based on skills and experience)

What You'll Do as a Behavior Technician (BT)

Deliver 1:1 in‑home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Help children with autism reach important goals while staying engaged, playful, and active.

  • Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Track progress through accurate session data and notes
  • Communicate with families and your clinical team to support success
  • Remain physically active during sessions – sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.
Training & Certification Support
  • Paid onboarding training
  • 40‑hour RBT course included
  • Mentored and supervised every step of the way
  • No RBT certification yet? We’ll help you get there!
What We’re Looking For
  • Passion for working with children and helping others grow
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
  • Strong communication, patience, and professionalism

    Already certified as an RBT? Great! Not yet? We’ll support your path to certification
Schedule & Hours
  • Part‑time and full‑time behavior technician positions available
  • Afternoon and after‑school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
  • 15–25+ hours per week depending on availability and client needs
