A leading IT service provider in Virginia is seeking a Junior ITS with an active Top Secret clearance to join their Service Desk team. You will act as the first line of IT support, manage Service Desk tickets, and provide basic troubleshooting.
Experience with various operating systems and inventory management is required. Ideal candidates should have A+ or Network + certifications and be able to lift up to 50lbs. This position supports standard duty hours, Monday to Friday.
