- Robbie Kissinger What You’ll Do
Lead Project Delivery:
Drive all phases of the Service Now expansion project—ITAM, ITOM, enhanced ITSM, service-catalog and automated KIT request flows.
Stakeholder Management:
Partner with Delivery Leads, PMO, Lead Developer and Architect to define scope, schedule, resourcing and budget.
Planning & Reporting:
Develop and maintain project plans, integrated master schedules, RAID logs and executive-level status reports.
Risk & Issue Management:
Proactively identify risks, track issues, coordinate mitigation and escalate as needed.
Governance & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to TS/SCI and SAP-eligibility requirements; coordinate with security office on SAP timelines.
Team Facilitation:
Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog-grooming and project reviews—leveraging Service Now, JIRA or similar tools.
Change Control:
Own change-request intake, CCB preparation and post-deployment reviews in accordance with classified network policies.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT, Business or related field
≥ 2 years of hands-on project management experience, including Service Now implementations or expansions
Active TS/SCI clearance at start and SAP-eligibility (or ability to become eligible)
