Job Overview

Walgreens is hiring a Store Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations, drive sales, and deliver a distinctive customer experience across retail and pharmacy functions.

• Supervise store and pharmacy operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, and staffing.
• Manage sales, merchandising, and inventory to exceed revenue and profit targets.
• Lead customer experience initiatives, modeling best‑practice service and resolving complaints.
• Oversee financial and performance data, develop action plans to increase sales and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and safety regulations.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members; administer performance, compensation, and career progression.
• Partner with district and corporate teams on community outreach and business planning.

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state or pharmacy assistant in WA state or licensed Rph within 12 months of start date.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• PTCB or ExCPT certification.
• Three years retail management experience, including supervising others.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state or pharmacy assistant in WA state or licensed Rph.

Current salary range: $50,000 – $120,000.
