. We are seeking an experienced manager to oversee our maintenance operations located in Lorton, VA.

• Plan and lead daily activities of the maintenance department focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Develop and implement a reliability‑based maintenance system to proactively address equipment issues.
• Assign personnel to scheduled jobs, maximizing skill and training opportunities.
• Reduce downtime on plant equipment and eliminate waste by monitoring and adjusting work procedures.
• Monitor work execution and ensure quality standards are met within the prescribed timeframe.

• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a fully adjudicated Background Investigation.
• Eight (8) years of experience organizing, directing, and managing contract logistics and maintenance operations for complex and inter‑related project tasks.
