** Lorton, Virginia facility — one of Reworld’s largest sites and a flagship operation within our South Region.

• Build, develop, and inspire strong teams

• Lead complex maintenance and outage planning  
• Improve productivity and asset performance  
• Develop long-term operational, staffing, maintenance, and budget strategies  
• Champion continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma principles  
• Build strong relationships with employees, customers, community partners, and senior leadership
** Who are we looking for?
** Our ideal candidate brings progressive leadership experience from a complex industrial or power-generation environment. Experience in
** Waste-to-Energy, power plants, paper mills, chemical manufacturing, biomass, coal-fired, nuclear, or combined-cycle operations
** is highly valued.
