DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis Services (DSD) team. The role focuses on delivering quality dialysis care to patients in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and supporting staff across a national float pool.

In this role you take responsibility for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their dialysis treatment stays on track. DSD RNs troubleshoot, make sound decisions related to dialysis treatment, and partner with SNF staff to coordinate care.

• The DaVita SNF Dialysis National Float Pool/Travel RN covers high‑priority staffing needs. The RN can be deployed nationwide for situations such as new dialysis den launches, increased patient census, PTO/leave coverage lasting over one week, or coverage after a teammate’s termination.
• DaVita SNF Dialysis provides an hourly pay rate with travel cost reimbursement (flight, mileage, lodging & food).
• Scheduling is posted two weeks in advance for the month ahead.
• Willingness to meet state RN licensing requirements in multiple states is required.

• Provide independent dialysis care and supervise Dialysis Technicians.
• Apply best‑practice techniques and deliver optimal dialysis care.
• Coordinate with SNF staff and manage patient care plans.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and perform critical thinking tasks.
• Educate patients and families in the SNF setting.

• Current Registered Nurse license and willingness to obtain licenses in multiple states. Minimum of 12 months of RN experience.
• Experience in Chronic Hemodialysis, Acute Dialysis, and/or Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) nursing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred; a three‑year diploma may substitute).
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.

• Training, teaching, or healthcare education background.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
