This role is a great fit for former athletes, tradespeople, military, or anyone who enjoys physical work, structure, and clear expectations.

• Start time: 7:00 AM sharp (reliability is essential)
• Schedule:
  
  Weekdays, occasional Saturdays during busy season.
• Pay: $18–$23/hour + performance bonuses
• Location:
  
  Report to the Shine office daily

If a consistent early start or physical work isn’t for you, this role will not be a fit.

• Meet your crew at 7:00 AM to prep for the day
• Ride in a company vehicle to homes and businesses
• Clean windows and perform exterior services
• Work outdoors, on ladders, and at heights
• Interact professionally with customers
• Represent a clean, professional brand in high‑end neighborhoods
• Return to the office each day with your team

• Strong work ethic and willingness to do physical labor
• Comfortable working outside and at heights
• Able to lift and carry ladders (up to 30 lbs)
• Punctual, dependable, and team‑oriented
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset
• Reliable transportation to work

This is a customer‑facing role. We maintain clear, professional standards: many of our leaders started in this exact role.

• Must arrive to work fully alert and substance‑free (no marijuana or other substances before or during work. You must not smell like marijuana.)
• Professional appearance required — clean, groomed, and customer‑ready at all times
• Tattoos must be appropriate for a customer‑facing role (some may need to be covered)
• Background check required — no violent criminal history
