$20k Sign-On, $10k Retention, $2k Relocation, $2k Lifestyle Incentive

20 PTO Days, CE Allowance $2.5k + 5 Days

No Sundays, No On-Call, Personal Pet Care Support, Mentorship




Gunston Animal Hospital is a well-established, 2 doctor, AAHA accredited, full-service, small animal hospital. About the Hospital:

• Ultrasound
• Cold Laser therapy
• Full in-house IDEXX lab equipment
• 3 exam rooms
• Soft tissue surgery
• Dental prophylaxis
• Dedicated surgery suite and dental area
• Digital radiography (including digital dental radiographs)
• Treatment area with 2 tables
• Diagnostic ultrasound

Work-Life Balance

At Gunston, we understand that balancing work and life is incredibly important to be both happy and successful, so we prioritize supporting our staff. Doctors' schedules are flexible with four days (5-10 hours shifts PT v. FT) per week, no on-call, rotating Saturdays, and flexible lunches.
