Become a Key Member of Northern Virginia’s Fast-Growing Real Estate Team as a Real Estate Assistant

Are you enthusiastic about real estate and adept at handling complex details? We’re seeking a committed Real Estate Assistant to join our energetic, high-achieving team based in Northern Virginia.

As we prepare to launch with Zillow Flex, we operate from a cutting-edge office and boast one of the largest social media audiences in the DMV area, generating over 10 million monthly views on platforms such as Instagram and You Tube.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide essential administrative support and manage transaction coordination for our agents
• Oversee listings, update MLS data, coordinate signage, and arrange photography sessions
• Ensure prompt and clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for showings, inspections, and closings
• Support marketing initiatives, including social media content creation, email campaigns, and CRM management

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
