Brandon Rushing Lawn & Garden Care is hiring a full-time, in-office Virtual Sales Specialist / Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team in Lorton, VA.

This is an inside sales role focused on lead follow-up, customer consultations, quoting services, and closing sales. You’ll work alongside a motivated, high-energy team in a collaborative office environment where performance is recognized and rewarded.

Landscape or lawn care experience is NOT required. If you have it, great — it’s a plus. If you don’t, we’ll train you. We care far more about your attitude, work ethic, teamwork, and ability to produce and close.

• Handle inbound and outbound inside sales calls
• Follow up with warm leads and sales inquiries quickly and professionally
• Conduct sales consultations via phone and video
• Prepare accurate quotes and service estimates
• Close sales and guide customers through the decision-making process
• Manage opportunities and activities in a CRM system
• Collaborate daily with in-office Sales, Operations, and Client Success teams
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue goals

• Experience in inside sales, sales representative, sales consultant, or customer service roles preferred
• Comfortable with closing sales and asking for the close
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
• Experience in using CRM software preferred (training provided)
• Landscape or lawn care experience not required
• Ability to work full-time, in-office in Lorton, VA
