Regal Moving Services is a family-owned moving and storage company serving Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. We’re looking for an outgoing Move Consultant to join our Lorton, VA office and help turn customer inquiries into booked moves.

You’ll be a friendly, reassuring voice during an important transition—answering questions, explaining options, and helping customers feel confident choosing Regal.

• Steady base pay: $17 per hour.

• Speak with prospective customers by phone, email, and text.
• Respond promptly to new inquiries and learn about each customer’s move.
• Explain our moving, packing, and storage services.
• Prepare estimates using company tools and schedule in-home estimates when appropriate.
• Follow up with interested customers, answer questions, and confidently ask for the booking.
• Keep customer notes and follow-up tasks organized.
• Work with our operations team to help booked moves get off to a smooth start.

• Confidence and comfort talking on the phone.
• A friendly personality and a willingness to start conversations.
• Good listening skills and clear communication.
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to use a computer comfortably, enter information accurately, manage email, and navigate multiple applications.
• Motivation to meet goals and earn sales bonuses.
• Dependability, organization, and consistent follow-through.
• A willingness to learn, practice, and take coaching.
