The Opportunity:

As a programmer, you know that machine learning (ML) is critical to understanding and processing massive datasets. Your ability to conduct statistical analyses on business processes using ML techniques makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused solution. We need your technical knowledge and desire to problem-solve to support warfighter performance. As an ML engineer on our warfighter technology team, you’ll train, test, deploy, and maintain models that learn from data.  

In this role, you’ll contribute to the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and technologies. You’ll grow within a talented team of ML engineers across the company and collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, solutions architects, Mission SMEs, and product owners to deliver world-class solutions to optimize and predict performance. Your skills and technical experience will help your clients navigate the landscape of ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks.

You Have:4+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production or research environments

Experience in Python and ML frameworks

Knowledge of ML algorithms, statistics, model optimization, and evaluation methodologies

Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering field

Nice If You Have:

Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCPExperience with developing tools for scalable ML systems, such as Sage Maker, Azure ML, or Vertex AI Experience with LLMs, generative AI, RAG systems, and prompt engineering

Experience building agentic AI systems, including multi-agent frameworks, autonomous agents, tool and function calling, orchestration libraries such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Llama Index, Auto Gen, or CrewAIExperience with edge AI optimization and deployment, including model quantization, pruning, and distillation, and deployment to edge and embedded hardware using frameworks such as TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, OpenVINO, or Tensor Flow Lite Experience building data pipelines

Experience with MLOps practices including CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring, and deployment automation

Possession of strong problem-solving skills

Master’s degree preferred;
Doctorate degree a plus Clearance:
