Experience Champion’s QUEST! The Champion's QUEST Varsity and College Prep Athlete Academy is the largest independent private school for athletic development in the country dedicated exclusively to student-athletes. We combine
1) the power of functional athletic performance training
2) elite sports skill knowledge
3) mental toughness and sports psychology and
4) college recruiting guidance to help our athletes reach peak performance and attain their goals. Champion’s QUEST takes a complete, holistic approach to building our athletes.

• Provide all Champion’s QUEST athletes with a successful, effective and fun performance improvement experience based on our philosophy, practices, and curriculum (College Recruiting, Mental Toughness, Physical Performance & Technical Sports Skills)
• Support the Mission to help every young athlete by actively “spreading the word” about Champion’s QUEST (Academy Growth)
• Contribute to and support the positive development of Champion’s QUEST coaching practices through idea generation, continuing education, and in-house training
• Adhere to work availability schedule and hours
• As an APC, program/coaches athletes, teaches sport skills to youth athletes, and actively recruits athletes into the Academy

• Outgoing/extroverted personality (a must)
• Degree in Human Performance, Kinesiology, or similar science
• NCAA Athlete during college (Soccer for this opening)
• NSCA-CSCS Certification (or within 90 days of hire); NASM-PES or USA-Weightlifting also apply
• Strong desire to build a long-term career in the local sports community (not just hour-by-hour or job-minded)
• A long-term commitment (10+ years) with compensation potential of $60K -> above $100K/year with revenue sharing; facility expansion and multiple facilities are on the horizon
• Promotion note:
  Master Coach Track; 4+ years experience and staff leadership skills; local network/connections beneficial for rapid growth

• Part-Time Assistant Coach opportunities available to build experience and progress to a full-time role
• Our athletes range from ages 7-18 and enroll year-round; most aim to play in college
