Occupational Therapist role in Los Alamos, NM with Continuum Rehab Group. Sign-on bonus available.

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.

• Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA.
• Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated).
• This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

• Base pay range: $48.00/hr - $58.00/hr (dependent on experience).
• In-house therapy with Skilled Nursing facilities in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana, and Missouri.
• Total compensation package including 401k, PTO, Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits.
• Free CEUs with CEU
  360.
• Licensure reimbursement (after 1 year of employment).
• Mentorship & Training program, and a Clinical Excellence program that may cover specialty certification.

Continuum Rehab Group provides in-house therapy with Skilled Nursing facilities in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana, and Missouri.
