Physical Therapist - PT

We provide in‑home care to former Nuclear Weapons Workers who are suffering from chronic and terminal illnesses as a result of their previous work environment. Physical Therapists conduct in‑home visits for our clients. The PT visits are conducted weekly and typically last 1–2 hours per visit.

• Independently perform assessments, diagnostic tests, skilled procedures and ongoing evaluations for clients.

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Practice physical therapy with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences.
• Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
• Maintain compliance with agency policy and procedures.

• Graduate of a physical therapy program approved by APTA.
• Current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.
