• Assist physicians or nurses with patient assessments and treatments under supervision.
• Perform basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection; monitor and communicate changes in patient condition; document patient care provided.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and teammates.

High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate degree preferred.

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or Certified Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) via AAMA or NHA required.

Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, stressful environment.
