• Lead House Supervisor provides shift-based nursing leadership by supervising and mentoring staff.
• Manage assignments based on staffing and patient needs; support direct patient care as required.
• Assist with clinical problem-solving, coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Ensure staff have resources needed for safe, quality care.
• Integrate evidence-based practices; address patient care concerns; foster professional growth.
• Oversee the House Supervisor schedule; ensure proper training and orientation.
• Model Lifepoint values in communication and conduct.
• Mentor in EMR use; support performance improvement initiatives; assist with regulatory compliance.
• Perform chart audits; fulfill preceptor requirements; serve as the department's KRONOS timekeeper.

• Current state RN license.
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS required upon hire.
• PALS required within 6 months of employment.
• One year of nursing experience required.
