- Lead House Supervisor provides shift-based nursing leadership by supervising and mentoring staff.
- Manage assignments based on staffing and patient needs; support direct patient care as required.
- Assist with clinical problem-solving, coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Ensure staff have resources needed for safe, quality care.
- Integrate evidence-based practices; address patient care concerns; foster professional growth.
- Oversee the House Supervisor schedule; ensure proper training and orientation.
- Model Lifepoint values in communication and conduct.
- Mentor in EMR use; support performance improvement initiatives; assist with regulatory compliance.
- Perform chart audits; fulfill preceptor requirements; serve as the department's KRONOS timekeeper.
- Current state RN license.
- Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS required upon hire.
- PALS required within 6 months of employment.
- One year of nursing experience required.
- $30,000 sign-on bonus
