Job Description & How to Apply Below
What You Will Do

The T-6 group (Theoretical Biology and Biophysics) in the Theoretical Division at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) is seeking a recent PhD graduate with experience in immunology to join our team as a postdoctoral researcher. The selected candidate will help LANL's HIV Databases (hiv.lanl.gov) develop resources for identifying T cell receptors (TCRs) reactive against peptides presented by MHC Class I/II complexes.

This will complement data currently available in our database for ~8,000 MHC Class I/II peptides. We expect this candidate will collaborate with outside research groups and share their findings with the scientific community through data analysis tools and/or publications. The postdoctoral researcher will also have opportunities to spend a smaller percentage of their time working on other projects within LANL's T-6 group, dependent upon their interests.

This position does not involve laboratory research.
