Job Overview

GHA Technologies, Inc. is hiring experienced Sales Professionals nationwide to serve as Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, Sales VP’s, or National Account Managers. The role requires a minimum of three years of direct technology sales experience.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Immediate pay raise with a $10k fast‑start bonus per month for the first 12 months (total $120k in the first year).
  • First‑week training pay of $2,500 for the initial five training days.
  • Virtual appointment bonus of $500 each with no limit.
  • Up to $1,500 per week for meeting minimum call and one qualified onsite appointment.
  • Commission: 200% of the profit margin for the first 90 days of orders shipped, then 40–59% after 90 days.
  • Credits up to $10k for new client accounts, $5k for new account donation credits, and up to $400 in gift cards for business‑building activities.
  • W‑2 employment with medical, dental, and HSA benefits, 401(k) plan, and GHA employee‑stock ownership (ESOP).
Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new commercial accounts with at least 250 employees, maintaining consistent sales activity and meeting course‑specific targets.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of direct technology sales experience.
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or national territory environment.
