Salary Amount or Range: $40-$45/hour D.O.E. + Standard benefits (paid vacation, sick days, holidays)

A family in Los Altos is seeking a PT Family Assistant to help with childcare and household task. Their children are 7 (girl) and 11 (boy) years old and involved in various after school activities. Responsibilities include driving the children, assisting with homework, running errands, light housekeeping and organization, family laundry, and preparing simple dinners for the family a few nights per week.

• 2 years minimum experience working as a Family Assistant with excellent verifiable references

• Fluency in English

• COVID vaccinated + boosted
• CPR Certified
• Valid driver with clean record (family can provide household car for work-related driving)
• Experienced as a Family Assistant
• Easygoing but professional
• Respectful and polite, especially with kids
• Good communicator
• Proactive
• Trustworthy

• Driving children to/from school and activities
• Light tidying (dishes, picking up after the children, wiping down counters, etc.)
