Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7 AM - 4 PM (1 hour lunch)
Compensation Range: $31 - $33 per hour based on experience
Key Responsibilities- Build patient relationships and provide exceptional customer service by creating a calm and warming environment.
- Act as a liaison or case manager between the practice and the patient.
- Review treatment plan with patients, answer questions and concerns, discuss financial options, and make financial agreements regarding treatment, cost, and method of payment.
- Collect payments and copays.
- Monitor, schedule, and call patients to fill any Doctor or Hygiene openings.
- Ensure that patients with outstanding balances are informed of the practice’s financial policy.
- Schedule new patients within two to four days of their initial call.
- Ensure that all patient records are current and accurate.
- Dental office experience 2 - 4 years required.
- Prior working experience with Idental Soft (preferred).
- 3 weeks PTO & 8 Paid Holidays.

Working Environment &Physical Requirements
This is a clinical working environment where potential exposure to hazardous waste and blood-borne pathogens is possible. Requires prolonged periods of standing, leaning, and bending. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
