Trainers at FIT are employees, not independent contractors, which provides stability and support. Compensation is structured to reward expertise, experience, and commitment.
Working as a full-time trainer in Silicon Valley requires balancing client demand with the realities of a split-shift schedule. While making a strong income as a trainer is possible, it depends on your ability to manage a full client load and sustain a long-term, consistent schedule. We are looking for professionals who see this as a career and are committed to growing within it.

- Previous training/coaching experience (2+ years preferred)
- Degree in a health-related field (preferred but not required)
- Certification from an accredited organization (NSCA, NATA, NASM, OPEX, Cross Fit Inc., or equivalent)
- CPR/AED certification
