We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our growing team in Pasadena. This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and assisting with month-end close and reporting processes. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and committed to maintaining strong financial controls.

• Perform general ledger accounting functions, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and records in compliance with GAAP
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Maintain and reconcile bank accounts and other financial statements
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and analysis
• Help with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures
• Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar ERP systems)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and basic financial principles
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
