A great way to fill in the gaps and make a huge impact in a short period of time! Premier Financial Search has partnered with a respected Business Management firm in Century City to find a temporary Bookkeeper for an 8–10 week assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch client service environment and is confident using Quick Books.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping for multiple clients using Quick Books
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
• Assist with month-end close procedures
• Collaborate with Business Managers and CPAs to ensure accurate financials
• Maintain organized client records and support ad hoc requests

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Quick Books Required
• Prior experience in a Business Management or multi-client environment preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Century City, 3 days a week, in the office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Available for a full 8–10 week assignment
