Cost Accountant – Hollywood, CA (Onsite, Up to $150K DOE + Benefits)

• Perform detailed cost analysis, variance reporting, and margin tracking.
• Partner with operations and leadership to provide insights on inventory and costing.
• Support financial reporting, audits, and budgeting processes.
• Drive efficiencies and accuracy in cost accounting processes as the company scales.

• 5+ years of hands-on cost accounting experience (retail, manufacturing, or other inventory-heavy industries preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong technical accounting skills with proven ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced growth environment.
