Accounts Payable Clerk

Prestigious talent entertainment law firm has a full-time opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk. Environment is fast paced with a friendly and team-oriented culture. Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, professional, self-motivated, proactive and conscientious.

Location: Century City, CA. A minimum of 3 days a week in the office.

• Process accounts payable invoices and expense reports
• Reconcile firm credit cards monthly
• Open and maintain client files in system
• Prepare and send client cost bills
• Contact agencies and business managers with questions regarding payment
• Run various reports as needed by supervisors

• Assist with scanning and electronically filing cash receipts
• Cover reception when receptionist is on lunch break and out of the office
• Perform additional tasks on an as needed basis for supervisors in Accounting and Chief Operating Officer

• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, interpersonal and computer skills (including Microsoft Office and electronic document filing systems)
• Ability to handle a high volume of tasks with ease and minimal supervision
• Keen prioritization skills and judgement
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally in person, by email and phone with high-level personnel within and outside of the Firm with tact, diplomacy, and discretion, while at all times maintaining Firm and client confidentiality
• Punctual attendance, reliability, self-motivation
• Team player mentality

The pay scale for this position is $29.00-$32.00/hour, depending on experience. We offer an excellent benefit package, including a platinum health insurance plan, 401(k) plan, and paid parking. The firm provides paid vacation and holidays and is also closed for the last two weeks of the year.
