Overview

City Bean is looking to fill its fractional controller / bookkeeper position:

• Certifications / Taxes / Permits
• A/R and A/P

• Manage accounting records and perform bookkeeping duties relevant to a fractional controller role.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Monitor cash flow and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
• Use Quick Books Online for day-to-day accounting tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• Reside in Los Angeles Area. Remote Only Not Offered.
• 3 Years Full Charge Bookkeeping Experience
• 1 Year Fractional Controller Experience
• Basic Command of Accounting Principles
• 2 years Quickbooks Online Experience
• Ability to Work On-Premise One Day Per Week

• Organic gMP Certifications
• Abilities to grow with company and and progress to controller-like role

This is a part-time position (10-15 hours/week) partially (or fully) on-premise. Full training provided. Candidate will be fairly compensated with respect to experience.
