• Weekly and monthly processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Bank account and balance sheet reconciliations
• Monthly financial statements and related analysis
• Grant tracking and monitoring
• Cash flow projections and monitoring
• Preparation for external audits

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in public accounting and/or industry (5+ years preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
• Experience with multiple accounting software packages;
  Quick Books experience is a plus
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Willingness to travel to client offices as needed
• Nonprofit experience preferred
• Part‑time employees are expected to work during normal business hours to best serve our clients

• Standard 35‑hour full‑time work week; eligibility for paid overtime for non‑exempt employees
• For full‑time employees:
  • 4 weeks paid time off (generally 100 hours paid vacation to start, additional based on tenure and a minimum of 40 hours sick time)
