This leadership role is ideal for seasoned tax professionals ready to manage complex engagements, mentor a talented team, and deliver strategic tax solutions for a diverse client base.

• Manage tax compliance and planning for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts & estates
• Review complex tax returns and projections
• Lead and develop staff accountants and seniors
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service

• 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting or professional services
• CPA required
• Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Hybrid
• Base salary $125,000–$160,000
