Candidate Requirements:

• 1-3 years of public accounting experience
• Degree in Accounting or related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
• Overall and accounting GPA of 3.2 or higher
• Near completion or completed CPA exam
• Strong understanding of audit issues
• Proficiency with firm technology and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple audit engagements across various industries
• Understand client’s business and develop expertise
• Execute audit activities and manage client engagements from planning to completion
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare financial statements and disclosures accurately
• Identify and communicate technical issues
• Ensure compliance with internal controls
• Update audit procedures and recommend improvements
• Document audit tests and findings
• Perform research and analytical procedures
• Resolve audit issues proactively
• Communicate effectively with team and clients
• Collaborate with team members on engagements
