Entry Level Accountant

Position Overview

A reputable and growing finance firm based in Century City is seeking an Entry-Level Accountant to join their accounting and finance team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent accounting graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and long-term growth within a professional finance environment.

• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing
• Prepare and post journal entries under supervision
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Assist with expense reports and credit card reconciliations
• Support audits and internal financial reviews as needed
• Perform ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
• 0-1 year of accounting or finance-related experience (internships count)
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUP a plus)
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
