• Perform diversified accounting assignments under supervision, focusing on quality, application of knowledge, and meeting deadlines.
• Conduct audit, review, or compilation procedures as assigned.
• Assist in proofing financial statements and documents.
• Participate in engagement planning for audits, reviews, or compilations.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and applying GAAP.
• Suggest improvements for internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Build relationships with client personnel to understand their operations.
• Document work through work papers within firm guidelines.
• Prepare and index work papers, verifying financial accuracy according to standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, and calculators.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Working towards CPA licensure.
• Proficiency in computer use.
