Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare timely and accurate operating expense trend reports and conduct detailed monthly account analysis for assigned locations and departments
- Perform fluctuation analyses and provide explanations based on established materiality thresholds
- Analyze, prepare, and present balance sheet account reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Prepare comprehensive partnership financial packages (monthly, quarterly, and annually), including income statements, balance sheets, and related schedules
- Lead and organize monthly financial reviews with operations teams and joint venture partners
- Partner with management to prepare the annual budget for assigned markets and account categories
- 4+ years of progressive experience in Public accounting and Auditing
- Strong grasp of budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement preparation
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis functions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with precision
- Familiarity with accounting systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is a plus
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, or finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is highly preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Oracle Net Suite
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
