Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare tax provision schedules and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Assist in preparing corporate and partnership tax returns, including Federal and multi-state filings.
- Review partnership and corporate tax returns and related foreign forms for accuracy.
- Prepare quarterly estimates and manage withholding tax filing requirements and payments.
- Support year-end audit preparation by compiling lead schedules and documentation.
- Prepare general ledger entries and maintain supporting schedules for tax-related transactions.
- Assist in preparing consolidated internal and external financial statements.
- Collaborate with the accounting team during monthly close and reporting processes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
- Work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business; CPA or MBA is preferred.
- 3+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax.
- Possess experience in partnership and corporate tax compliance and reporting.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills and attention to detail in tax and financial processes.
- Maintain professionalism and integrity when handling confidential financial information.
