Job Responsibilities:
- Perform reconciliations between internal systems and external funding platforms to ensure accurate project-level financial data.
- Prepare and organize financial information for posting and adjustments in the accounting system.
- Maintain detailed trackers for revenue, funding status, and reconciliation progress across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and support accurate reporting.
- Develop and document standard processes to improve workflow efficiency and system integration.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project-based accounting.
- Ability to reconcile data across multiple platforms, including CRM and financial portals.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Net Suite or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail with proven problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently and managing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hub Spot, and their integration with accounting platforms.
- Knowledge of project financing programs or related funding structures.
- Exposure to multi-entity or project-based accounting environments.
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating across teams.
