Manager- Accounting and Transaction Advisory Services

Our client is a specialized boutique accounting and consulting services firm seeking an accounting professional to support its growth.

• Manage strategic technical accounting advisory engagements and lead multi-disciplinary teams serving clients across various industries, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. The role will primarily serve as a generalist, supporting a diverse client base.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to advise clients on complex technical accounting issues, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, new accounting pronouncements, debt/equity transactions, share-based compensation, purchase accounting, IPO processes, and consolidation.
• Research and resolve complex accounting issues, balancing client preferences with US GAAP standards.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university.
• Technical accounting and transaction advisory experience from a top-tier public accounting firm or reputable in-house corporate environment.
• Strong leadership, project management, and client management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex topics and develop pragmatic insights.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Adaptability to changing timelines, deadlines, and scope of work.
