Role Overview

The Job Cost Accountant/Bookkeeper manages all job costing processes within RMS and Quick Books, maintains financial records, and supports daily franchise operations. They communicate empathetically and efficiently using modern technology.

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with stakeholders

  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial closes
  • Support team and foster positive relationships
  • Represent our brand professionally
  • Gather information, monitor business aspects, and detect issues
  • Manage job costing and franchise operations in owner’s absence
  • Maintain financial records and safety certifications
  • Process payroll and timesheets
