Job Cost Accountant/Bookkeeper
Reports To:General Manager
Role OverviewThe Job Cost Accountant/Bookkeeper manages all job costing processes within RMS and Quick Books, maintains financial records, and supports daily franchise operations. They communicate empathetically and efficiently using modern technology.

- Handle accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial closes
- Support team and foster positive relationships
- Represent our brand professionally
- Gather information, monitor business aspects, and detect issues
- Manage job costing and franchise operations in owner’s absence
- Maintain financial records and safety certifications
- Process payroll and timesheets
