Position: Accounting Clerk (Entry Level)

A well-established organization in Los Angeles is hiring an Accounting Clerk to support daily accounting and administrative functions within a fast-paced finance team. This is a 100% onsite role and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, accuracy-driven tasks, and supporting multiple finance processes.

This position supports a high-volume environment and will assist with financial data entry, invoice management, payment processing support, reconciliations, and document control.

What You’ll Do
  • Enter, update, and maintain financial information in internal systems
  • Support invoice processing including coding, routing for approval, and documentation tracking
  • Assist with payment posting and basic accounts receivable support
  • Help with account reconciliations and research discrepancies as needed
  • Maintain accurate records for reporting and compliance (electronic and paper filing)
  • Support month‑end close preparation tasks
  • Communicate with internal teams and external vendors regarding invoice/payment questions
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance and accounting team
What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year of experience supporting accounting, AP/AR, or finance operations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Comfortable in a high-volume, process-driven environment
  • Basic understanding of invoices, payments, and accounting fundamentals
  • Strong Excel skills (sorting/filtering, data entry, basic formulas)
  • Professional communication skills and strong organizational habits
