Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Generate financial statements in compliance with GAAP and internal standards.
- Analyze financial performance and present findings through reports and dashboards.
- Maintain cost accounting records and evaluate standard cost variances, including inventory reconciliation.
- A minimum of 6+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a corporate or public accounting setting.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Books, Net Suite, or SAP.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- CPA certification is a plus.
- Experience with ERP system implementation.
- Previous background in international trade or global finance operations.
