Job Title: Income & Franchise Tax Senior Associate

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90071

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week

Salary: $101,200 – $129,030/year + Annual Bonus

We are looking for an experienced
** Income & Franchise Tax Senior Associate
** to support state income tax compliance and consulting projects for multiple clients.

• Prepare and review
  ** State Income and Franchise Tax
  ** returns.
• Perform tax research and prepare technical memos and client correspondence.
• Support multi-state tax compliance and consulting projects.
• Assist with tax audits and respond to tax authority inquiries.
• Review tax returns for accuracy and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Work with clients and internal teams on various SALT matters.
• Train and mentor junior staff as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting**
• 2+ years of progressive experience in State Income Tax compliance**
• CPA preferred or demonstrated progress toward CPA
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and Microsoft Excel skills
