Assistant Controller

Growing company seeking an Assistant Controller to oversee general ledger accounting, month-end close, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit support. This role will manage accounting operations across AP, AR, fixed assets, payroll, and compliance while leading a small accounting team.

• Manage month-end close and general ledger activities
• Review account reconciliations and financial reporting
• Supervise accounting staff and daily accounting operations
• Lead annual audit process and support external auditors
• Improve accounting processes, controls, and procedures
• Oversee sales tax, business tax, and property tax compliance

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of accounting management experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Experience overseeing GL, AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience required
