Controller Wanted — Help Build What’s Next in West Coast Manufacturing

Salary Range: $140k-170K + full benefits + Disc. Bonus

You’ll lead the financial function end to end, partner closely with operations, and drive the kind of insights and improvements that make a real dent.

Coming from outside the region? We’re open to relocation for the right talent. If you speak manufacturing, understand margin pressures, and know how to lead with data—we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

Own accounting and finance ops—reporting, AP/AR, budgeting, forecasting
Lead and develop a trusted, capable team
Overhaul and improve processes, reporting, and internal controls
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CFO and senior leadership
Optimize ERP + leverage financial data to inform real business decisions
Support audits, tax, legal, and compliance with precision

What You Bring:

8+ years in accounting/finance, 3+ in a Controller-level leadership role
Deep understanding of manufacturing or distribution environments
Advanced Excel + reporting system fluency
A “roll-up-your-sleeves” mindset—you own the numbers like they’re yours
CPA or public accounting experience = big plus
Bonus points if you’ve helped a mid-size company scale smartly
