Order Processor
SummaryThe Order Processor is responsible for entering orders (order data into computer databases) in our corporate office and assisting with general clerical duties such as typing, scanning, filing, and making copies.
Responsibilities- Enter customer orders in our Oracle ERP database
- Understand and read EDI raw data (a plus)
- Perform tests on all EDI transmission and maintain all documentation for trading partner setups (ideal)
- Analyze all customer requirements for processes
- Analyze all EDI transactions and prepare required documentation and reports (not required but a big plus)
- Work with the IT Department to coordinate EDI data
- In‑office, M‑F – Los Angeles (local candidates only)
- 2 years of order processing experience
- EDI order processing knowledge a plus
- Proficient with MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with other internal departments
- Ability to prioritize workload in a fast‑paced office environment
- Highly organized and fast learner
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers
