Junior Analyst & Development Assistant
Job Description
Reports to: Partner & Associate Director Development
Logos Development is seeking a diligent, versatile, and multi-talented Development Coordinator. This person will be responsible for financial analysis, and development-specific tasks, as well as file management, marketing, daily administration and support as required by the team, etc.
- Conduct financial analysis and assist with creating proformas using Excel and Google Sheets
- Perform market research, including property comps and city planning/zoning codes, and summarize findings.
- Daily reporting on operations, task-management, and project management sheets with status updates
- Organize and standardize digital files and document labeling and formatting
- Assist with project data entry, management, and sourcing in the CRM database system.
- Support project planning and tracking using task management software (e.g., Smartsheet).
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Fill out forms & documents
- Update InDesign templates for marketing materials
- Design new InDesign slides as needed. Use provided documents, and financial models, & other info resourcefully to find & create content independently.
- Write copy for marketing materials & digital platforms
- Source potential photographers & videographers to shoot at events, project sites, and at the office
- Create Facebook Groups for our church partners and manage online activity & relationships with church members
- Any other tasks that come up as directed
- Excel – proforma underwriting and real estate financial modeling
- Excel – edit & create spreadsheets for project management
- Smartsheet – create & edit reports & dashboards for task and project management
- Zimas – go through GIS systems for different cities to find site data & zoning information and requirements for each project
- Hubspot – manage CRM data
- Architectural Software – edit or create basic architectural plans using Auto Cad, Sketch Up or similar
- InDesign – create marketing materials
- Illustrator – edit & create graphics
- Resourceful
