WhoYou Are
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting C‑level executives
- Skilled in managing complex calendars and travel arrangements
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Degree preferred; experience in professional services or consulting is a plus
- Manage senior leaders’ calendars, anticipating and resolving conflicts
- Coordinate detailed travel plans, including urgent changes
- Handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting, timesheets, and tech support
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including Partners and Board Members
- Support Studio operations, including meetings, events, and Zoom hosting
- Assist with special projects and provide backup support to the admin team
- Leaders’ schedules and travel run smoothly with minimal issues
- Administrative tasks are accurate and completed on time
- Meetings and events are well‑organized and executed seamlessly
- You demonstrate professionalismামের discretion, and adaptability daily
$35-42 per hour, based on experience
